“I am completely satisfied all around.”

Finally found a place where I can get my heating system really thoroughly and efficiently cleaned. Simon Ochoa did a wonderful job of completely dismantling the air circulator to really get all the accumulated dirt off. This is the first time someone has spent a lot of time to do this. Previous services I used, spent most of the time trying to sell expensive new systems as opposed to actually doing any clean up. Finally, the price was very reasonable and exactly as quoted. I am completely satisfied all around.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have to start with saying the last company I used to replace a furnace I had a terrible initial experience with and they ended up straightening it out in the end but it was not pleasant to say the least. I was really blown away by the professionalism, the punctuality, and the great $$$ deal I got on a new furnace. The crew did a great job on the installation and answered all of my questions. Honest company. I asked for proposals to replace my 15 year old existing A/C unit. Two companies provided the proposals (sight unseen) as I asked. Trifecta came to my house: - extensively tested my current system - made a few tweaks to the air flow during the testing - and gave some recommendations that did not involve replacing the A/C system. They had the opportunity to bid a complete system change out, but recommended a no cost solution. I will call them every time in the future.

Trifecta takes the definition of being professional to a higher level! I recently had them replace my furnace and was impressed by every step of the way. My first experience was with Zach when he came over to do the job appraisal. Zach was extremely knowledgeable about their Trane line of products. He was able to explain the differences between the models and what it meant in energy efficiency, cost, and unit performance. He even showed up in a clean polo shirt and put on shoe covers before stepping into the house, making sure not to track dirt into the house. My second experience was with Hugh from the Trifecta office. Hugh put together the work order and cost for my job. He was always available by phone to explain each part of the work order and even provided different costs for other available packages and models. Everything was always followed up by emails to add to my records and verify that we are on the same page. The job was then done exactly how we agreed upon, on the day we agreed, and at the cost we agreed. What else can you want! You have to check them out for your HVAC needs. You'll get a quality product, and great service!

We selected Trifecta over 6 other bidders based on their past performance, understanding of the project, best value, promptness in answering additional questions prior to our awarding them the contract and outstanding, cooperative and cheerful attitude they all displayed before, after and during the project. Trifecta completed the project in a timely manner to replace our 25 year old HVAC and installing new, larger ductwork throughout our 47 year old modified single story house with very limited attic space for ductwork that was not originally designed for air conditioning. Their design and installation of the new ductwork and system improved airflow and distribution in our house and eliminated uneven air flow and temperature conditions throughout our house.
