    I worked with Sean and John starting in February 2017. After several other comparisons and education, in March, I asked them to install my new house heater and add air conditioning. These 2 men were very informed about their products and service. The work was completed in March by very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly workers. They arrived on time 5 days consecutively and worked tirelessly to complete the installations. The team work was very impressive and they fielded any questions I had along the way. They were very accommodating in doing several unexpected requests that I had. Because Trifecta is local to my residence, this factor helped me to decide to hire them.     We selected Trifecta over 6 other bidders based on their past performance, understanding of the project, best value, promptness in answering additional questions prior to our awarding them the contract and outstanding, cooperative and cheerful attitude they all displayed before, after and during the project. Trifecta completed the project in a timely manner to replace our 25 year old HVAC and installing new, larger ductwork throughout our 47 year old modified single story house with very limited attic space for ductwork that was not originally designed for air conditioning. Their design and installation of the new ductwork and system improved airflow and distribution in our house and eliminated uneven air flow and temperature conditions throughout our house.
